Spirituality has in recent years garnered vastly increased attention in academic as well as in practitioner’s circles, both within and without Christian churches. Spirituality is a board concept that can refer not only to one’s state of inner being, but also a motivating force driving people for religious quest, ethical activities, psychological wellness and even social transformation.

As a multidisciplinary exploration, spirituality is the subject of study in a wide range of academic field, such as religious studies, theology, psychology, education, sociology, anthropology, etc.

This conference aims to:
• Explore the roles of spiritual leadership in contemporary society with various tensions, i.e. economics
