香港中文大学（中大）将举行一系列公开讲座，主题围绕中大 2019年推出的四个新本科课程：中国研究 (JS4136)、教育学士（幼儿教育）(JS4372)、人工智能：系统与科技 (JS4468) 及数据科学与政策研究 (JS4893)。

讲座特别为中学生、老师及家长而设，旨在协助同学探索最切合他们才能和兴趣的中大本科课程。大会于讲座后设有茶点招待，欢迎同学与讲者及中大学生交流。

第二场公开讲座 The Good, The Bad, and The Ugly of Artificial Intelligence 将于2018年12月14日(五) 举行。讲座由人工智能：系统与科技课程提供。

The Good, The Bad, and The Ugly of Artificial Intelligence

摘要：
In this talk, we will discuss the history and the emergence of artificial intelligence (AI). We will also talk about recent successes, promises and even potential hypes of AI. We will discuss the inherent dangers of our society, as well as career opportunities in computing and AI. Last but not least, we will present the new academic programme by CUHK, Artificial Intelligence: Systems and Technologies (AIST).
