Sports have always been integral to human society, bringing people together and promoting physical and mental well-being. However, despite sports numerous benefits, many individuals and communities face barriers preventing participation. These barriers may include a lack of resources, social exclusion, discrimination, and disabilities.

This webinar will explore ways to promote sports and physical activity for community members of all abilities and backgrounds. The speakers will discuss strategies aimed at increasing access to sports for underserved populations, including those with disabilities or special educational needs (SEN) and individuals from diverse socioeconomic and ethnic backgrounds. The webinar will also cover examples of adapted sports programs, community partnerships, and innovative methods of providing training and resources. Moreover, the speakers will highlight the physical and mental health benefits of sports participation for individuals and communities.
