活動概覽:

This year the United College has selected Professor Jacob Soll as the distinguished visiting scholar, who is the University Professor and Professor of Philosophy, History, and Accounting at the University of Southern California. In the first public lecture, Professor Soll will introduce how Jean-Baptiste Colbert, who served as the first French minister, built the first large-scale modern market by reforming the tax system, tariff system and the industry. This still provides valuable lessons today of what to do and not to do to build a successful industrial economy.
