Request for Publicity (For CUHK Staff Only)
The CUHK Communications and Public Relations Office (CPRO) invites colleagues from all departments / units to share notable achievements or significant events with us promptly. This allows us to showcase CUHK’s diverse successes through various channels. Upon receiving your submission, we will reach out to you for further details.
To ensure effective handling of your request, please allow sufficient lead lime for publicity through the following channels:
- Press releases and/or social media platforms: at least one week
- Media events: at least four weeks prior to the event date

To facilitate the reach of your story, research findings, or other content, please consider the following points before submitting:
- What makes this project unique, compelling or significant? What are its broader impacts?
- For research successes, are your press materials written in clear and laymen-friendly terms? Highlight any real-world applications and contributions to global/local communities.
- For award-winning projects, is the award widely recognised or influential within its field?
- For social service projects, how does it stand out from similar projects, and how significantly does it benefit the community?
- For personal stories, how might they inspire or encourage readers?
