Propose a Story

The CUHK Communications and Public Relations Office (CPRO) has been endeavouring to promote CUHK’s research results, knowledge exchange, innovation and community projects and achievements through different types of media to the local and the global community. If you are a staff member, student or alumni of CUHK and wish to talk through the media about your stories, researches or achievements at CUHK, you are welcome to provide relevant information to CPRO (refer to the form below). We will contact you after receiving the information.

The media will select topics they are interested in reporting. The following are some of the factors that the media will generally consider when selecting the topics. You can refer to it before you submit your proposal to CPRO:

• What is the uniqueness, interest, or importance of this project? What are the impacts?
• If it is a personal story, how does it inspire / encourage the readers?
• If it is a social service project, how does it differ from other similar projects, and to what extent does it help the community?
• If it is an award winning project, is the award recognised and influential in the industry?
