These are the application procedures for filming on campus for (A) members of the media, for non-commercial use; and (B) organisations or individuals, for commercial or personal use:

(A) Filming for non-commercial use (limited to members of the media ONLY)

Except for public events organised by CUHK and indoor interviews for which prior consent has been obtained from the relevant department, the media should apply in advance and obtain approval before conducting non-commercial interviews or filming within the CUHK campus.

Media should send the complete application form to the Communications and Public Relations Office (email: media@cuhk.edu.hk or fax: 2603 5115) at least seven working days before the filming date. The University will approve each filming application individually. If the filming application is approved, the applicant will be notified in writing in advance.
