CUHK’s response to reports being circulated on social media platform

There have been reports being circulated about some students being bullied in hostel by fellow students who made him act against his will and filmed the incident.
The University notes that no similar complaint has been received by College hostels, Postgraduate Halls or other relevant units. There are also not any findings after the Hostel staff today (30 September) inspect the corridors and outside dormitory doors.
The University attaches great importance to building a multi-cultural and international campus. If any students encounter bullying, please contact the warden of the hostel or staff of The Office of Student Affairs for assistance.
