CUHK Confirms a Student was Preliminarily Tested Positive with COVID-19 Infection
The Chinese University of Hong Kong (CUHK) was informed today (26 November) that a student has been preliminarily tested positive for COVID-19 infection. The student has been sent to hospital for observation.
This student, who is from the School of Journalism and Communication, visited the Humanities Building and the classrooms on the second floor of the Ch'ien Mu Library (not inside the library). The University has temporarily closed the relevant facilities for disinfection. Virus testing will be arranged for students and staff where necessary. The University will closely follow up on the case.
