Synopsis of Lecture:
Kenzaburō Ōe has expressed his “anti-nuclear” stance on different public occasions and initiated a signature campaign “Petition for the Realization of Denuclearization and a Society focused on Natural Energy”. Writers Lee Chi Leung and Lo King Chi will share their view on writing and action of Kenzaburō Ōe, and reflect on the position of writer in the context of nuclear-powered Asia.
