Biography of Speaker:
黃洪博士現為香港中文大學社會工作學系副教授、中大健康公平研究所副所長。他的研究包括貧窮、社會保障及勞工議題，亦曾就邊緣勞工、露宿者的政策進行倡導。近年，他成立中大尤努斯社會事業中心，推動中大同學以社會創新的辦法來解決香港的貧窮問題。他本身曾參與推動在香港實行社區經濟發展的計劃，以及推動全民養老金的爭取。
