Synopsis of Lecture:
長期以來，學術界對於玉樹州的藏傳佛教瞭解不多，田野調查明顯不足，無論是資料公佈還是學術研究相較於西藏本土的成果明顯滯後。
2018年以來，故宮博物院研究團隊持續在青海玉樹地區展開田野調查，在囊謙、雜多、稱多等地方發現了從後弘初期至清代中期（12-18世紀）的一批壁畫遺存。這些遺存充分提示出藏東地區藏傳佛教藝術演變的軌跡，甚至找到了它與河西地區漢藏壁畫藝術的直接關聯。
綜合近年來的周邊地區的調查成果，我們發現，藏東地區存一個共同的藏傳佛教藝術圈，其行政範圍包括今天的昌都、四川西部和青海玉樹等地區；地區範圍在瀾滄江、金沙江和雅礱江之間。
