It has been a year since the passing of Professor Sir Charles Kao, former Vice-Chancellor of CUHK and Nobel Prize Laureate. In memory of the “Father of Fibre Optics”, the Charles K. Kao Foundation for Alzheimer’s Disease has organised a roving exhibition “Remembering Charles” to highlight Professor Kao’s lifetime achievements and outstanding contribution, and showcase his artwork produced during his treatment by art therapy from 2013 to 2018. University Library is the last stop of the exhibition.
