Biography of Speaker:
Prof. TANG Shiping is Fudan Distinguished Professor and Dr. Seaker Chan Chair Professor at the School of International Relations and Public Affairs (SIRPA), Fudan Univeristy, Shanghai. Coming from a background in paleontology, molecular biology and genetics, Prof. TANG brings a diversified intellectual portfolio to the study of international relations (IR). His research interests also include political theory, institutional economics, and philosophy of science.
