Mental Wellness Promotion Day is a signature mental health promotion event of the year organized by the Wellness and Counselling Centre of the Office of Student Affairs.
The main theme is “ReDefinition” and the mascots are 3-D artwork and pinwheel this year.
The event aims to facilitate people to explore new possibilities by reappraising our situations, and to reexamine our lives, including our priorities, characteristics and believes.
A series of pre-event promotion will be held from 19 to 27 February. Student societies are invited to participate on the event day by having music and magic performance on stage and holding booths.
