Ms. Christine Kai-hing CHIUEx-Environmental Protection Officer(Waste & Water stream)
Environmental issues, such as global warming and climate changes, have become prominent in public discourse. Should Christians just take note of these environmental concerns and sit back or should they consider how their faith affects their response to these issues. What does Christine Kai-Hing Chiu, the ex- Environmental Protection Officer, after her over 22 years’ service at the Environmental Protection Department, has to say about this?
Christine Kai-hing Chiu, ex-Environmental Protection Officer (Waste & Water stream), is also a Master of Christian Studies graduate of the China Graduate School of Theology (CGST). In 2016, she co-taught a Theological Education by Extension course at CGST on faith and environmental protection. She is the editor for the recently published book The Beginning of Creation Care, and the planner-host for radio programme on environmental protection and Christian values broadcasted by the Soooradio of the Far East Broadcasting Company.
