Synopsis of Lecture:

Regionalism is now one of the main features regulating international relations in East Asia. ASEAN, a group of 10 Southeast Asian countries, has demonstrated its importance by contributing to stability and prosperity since its establishment in 1967 and recently China, Korea and Japan have shown more interests in working together and have formed trilateral relationship of addressing various issues of common interests.
The Conference is to review various and on-going activities related to the regional integration, and to look into agendas and plans for future endeavors.
