葉菁華教授於去年八月起擔任崇基學院神學院院長。他自2005年在本校任教，科目範圍主要涉及系統神學及基督教與社會。其研究興趣包括：中國基督教的神學與實踐、香港基督教、田立克的神學與社會思想等。著作包括：“‘For Our Struggle Is Not against Flesh and Blood’: The Demonic in Hong Kong,”in The Hong Kong Protests and Political Theology, eds. Kwok Pui-lan and Francis Ching-wah Yip (2021)、Capitalism as Religion? A Study of Paul Tillich’s Interpretation of Modernity (2010)、《我們信：尼西亞信經釋義》(與盧龍光合著，2014)、《尋真求全：中國神學與政教處境初探》(1997)。葉教授早年在本校主修新聞與傳播學，任職記者三年後回母校修讀神道學碩士，隨後到哈佛大學攻讀神學博士。他亦是香港基督教循道衛理聯合教會義務教士。
