Synopsis of Lecture:
Appeal diners to bring their plates after meal to the food waste separation stations; Demonstrate the diners the correct practices in separating food waste, general waste and cutlery; Reflect their food waste generation rate to the diners, and introduce them the process of food waste recycling in later stage
