CUHK Innovation Day is an annual event that showcases ground-breaking research and innovative projects of our academics and students. This event provides a platform for government officials, policymakers, industry leaders, research and innovation stakeholders, and the CUHK community to explore collaborative opportunities and establish partnerships. Programme Highlights:

• Kick-off Ceremony: We are honoured to have Miss WONG Shuk Han, Diane, JP, Under Secretary for Environment and Ecology, Environment and Ecology Bureau, HKSAR, and Prof. Mai-har SHAM, Pro-Vice-Chancellor / Vice-President (Research), CUHK officiating the kick-off ceremony.
• Thematic Talk: CUHK scholars who are working on clean energy related topics will give an overview and a 3-minute fresh presentation on “Clean Energy and Advanced Material to Achieve Carbon-Neutrality”.
• Panel Discussion: CUHK scholars, policymakers and industrial leaders will share their expertise and insights on “What our society needs in terms of clean energy and how CUHK could make contributions”. Creation and destruction of businesses and jobs brought by the development of clean energy will be discussed.
• Exhibition: Booths/Boards will be set alongside to highlight CUHK InnoHK Centres, RAISe+ Projects and outstanding startup projects by our academics and students to demonstrate CUHK’s research excellence and outcomes.
