In an era where AI’s capabilities are transcending traditional boundaries, our 16th IP conference explores the latest trends in AI, such as deep learning, neural networks, and AI ethics, and their implications for IP rights. We will examine case studies like OpenAI’s GPT models, addressing how such innovations challenge existing IP frameworks. The conference aims to provide a comprehensive overview of AI’s transformative role in General, particularly how the new AI will enrich the Intangible Asset (AI) of companies. AI includes IP. Specifically, we will focus on patentability issues, copyright considerations and trade secret protection for AI-generated works & all AI technology. How AI may affect and generate multiple tiers of data and the database will be discussed. This gathering is a pivotal platform for stakeholders to discuss, debate, and shape the future of IA in an AI-driven world.
