Biography of Speaker:
王君超，中央黨校經濟學部副教授，俄羅斯聖彼德堡國立財經大學國際關係與世界經濟系訪問學者，福建省甯德市蕉城區副區長（掛職），長期從事宏觀經濟、區域經濟等領域的政策研究，在《社會藍皮書》、《理論動態》、《思想理論內參》等發表關於國有企業改革、西部大開發、中原糧區脫困、海峽西岸經濟區旅遊業發展等多篇研究報告，多次主持或參與國家課題研究工作。

Synopsis of Lecture:
中國經濟發展步入全面建成小康社會新階段，“十三五”規劃提出“創新、協調、綠色、開放、共享”的新發展理念，“一帶一路”建設成為國家新發展戰略，香港經濟需要新思維。
