Visit of Hong Kong Federation of the Blind

CUHK Campus
Hong Kong Federation of the Blind will visit CUHK on Oct 24, follow by a talk by School of Chinese medicine and music performance by Motivic.
We need volunteers to facilitate the whole event on that day.
Gathering Point : University Mall, CUHK campus
1:45pm – Assemble at CUHK campus and have a short briefing
2:00 – 2:30pm – Campus Tour
2:30pm – 3:10pm – go to ELB LT1 for preparation
3:15pm – 4:00pm – Talk by School of Chinese Medicine
4:00pm – 5:00pm – Music Performance by Motivic
Volunteer’s role :
1. Facilitate the whole event
2. Maintain orderly activities
3. Create a happy and friendly atmosphere
