Aberdeen Kai-fong Welfare Association Social Service Centre has organized "Gymnastic with the elderly 2014" on 14 March, to promote a healthy and energetic lifestyle to the elderly. Volunteers were recruited to assist the elderly and to ensure a smooth operation of the event.
