Love Your Neighbour Service Learning Programme is organizing Love Your Neighbour Carnival cum Hand-by-hand Surrounding Shing Mun Riverside event on Mar 15 (Sat). Participants  will join service recipients of the programme to form a "L" letter to represent "Love" at the riverside to raise community concern on promoting friendly relationship among the neighborhood as well as integration and mutual help in the community.
