Music Dreams Come True Concert @ CUHK
The Chinese University of Hong Kong (CUHK) recently held a concert named ‘Music Dreams Come True’ at the Chung Chi College Chapel. Twenty CUHK students were selected to perform in the concert together with the Hong Kong String Orchestra (HKSO). Ms. Yao Jue, Artistic Director of HKSO, came to the concert to offer guidance to the students and presented a solo performance. The Chapel was filled with over 1,000 audience.
The concert was under the ‘Music Dreams Come True’ University Mentorship Programme, presented by Hong Kong String Orchestra (HKSO) and co-organized by I.CARE Programme of CUHK. Students were recruited to the programme to attend a series of trainings instructed by HKSO mentors.
I·CARE Centre for Whole-person Development
The Chinese University of Hong Kong endeavors to produce well-rounded graduates in serving the needs and enhancing the well-being of the citizens of Hong Kong, China as a whole and the wider world community. The I·CARE Centre for Whole-person Development was established to support whole person development activities across different units of the University under the I·CARE framework.
