Synopsis of Lecture:
In Chinese only: 院校自主是保障學術自由的基石，但近來香港高等教育界面對各種「疑似」的政治干預，不得不教我們重新檢視香港的大學管治體制。回溯歷史，香港的學術自由在後九七年代屢受衝撃， 大學作為真理的護牆，學者作為知識的僕人，會否只是我們的一廂情願？看似離地的大學教育，所謂學術自由和院校自主，跟每一個「在地」的香港人又有何關係？
