The public talk is mainly about the language development of age 4 and beyond. All parents, teachers and interested parties are welcome.
Please note that audience under six years of age will not be entertained. Child care services will not be available on-site. If there is typhoon signal no.8 or black rainstorm at 11am, the talk will be cancelled and the postponed date will be announced later.
