CUPSA, jointly with JCI Dragon Commerce Chamber and Rotary Club of Kowloon Northeast organized ‘Dual-Culture Cup’- The 1st University Elites English Debate Competition, and you are cordially invited to join us on the final competition and closing ceremony. We are honoured to invite the English Debate team of CUHK, HKU, HKUST, PolyU, CityU and LU to take part in. It is a precious chance for us to get in touch with debate team elites from other university and different cultural backgrounds. The battle situation as follows: Affirmative: CUHK VS Negative: HKU Topic: One-way permit holders that have not stayed in Hong Kong for 7 years should be eligible to apply for Comprehensive Social Security Assistance (CSSA) Interested members please queuing up for registration 20 minutes before the match. During the competition, please pay attention to the game order and try to avoid walking around and issuing a loud noise.
