The Committee on Health Promotion and Protection (CHPP) is organizing a Banner and Poster Design Competition with the aim of promoting a new walking route from the University MTR Station to S.H. Ho College and promulgating the message of the 8 rules to staying healthy. All CUHK students are eligible to join the competition.

There are two categories of the competition:

1. Banner Competition
Encourage students to use the new pedestrian route walking from the MTR station to the main campus, and convey messages such as “keep fit, reduce carbon emission” as well as green campus.

2. Poster Competition
Healthy life with “8 healthy rules” — Exercise Regularly, Eat More Fruits and Vegetables, Choose a Nutritious Diet, Get Adequate Sleep, Drink Plenty of Water, Care for Others, Stay Happy, Wash Hands Frequently.

There will be one winner in each category, each will be awarded with HK$3,000 cash. The deadline for submission of entries is 31 January 2012. All the submissions should be submitted with a completed entry form to the Student Services Centre, 1/F, Benjamin Franklin Centre before 5:00pm of 31 January 2012.
