The 2023 AsRES-GCREC Joint International Real Estate Conference, co-organised by the Asian Real Estate Society (AsRES), the Global Chinese Real Estate Congress (GCREC) and the Centre for Hospitality and Real Estate Research (an affiliate of the School of Hotel and Tourism Management), will take place from 13 to 16 July 2023.
The conference aims to provide a forum for academics, practitioners, and policymakers in the areas of real estate finance, development and investment, housing, urban planning, urban economics, hospitality, and public policy to discuss and share their latest research and views on the ever-changing global real estate market.
To address the current trends, the conference will conduct in-depth discussions on four main themes: Diversity & Inclusion, Future of Cities, PropTech & Innovation, and Sustainability.
