賴品超，英國倫敦大學哲學博士，現任香港中文大學文化及宗教系教授，研究興趣包括現代基督教神學、宗教對話、宗教與自然科學、環境倫理等。

宗教都是殊途同歸之說，不僅在中國民間廣泛流傳，也受到一些宗教哲學家支持。
對於此一難以証明或否定的「迷思」，是次講座會先結合三種視角來評析，包括：（１）對宗教學方法論的反思、（２）對中國宗教傳統的考察、及（３）對宗教經驗的實證研究；
最後將從宗教對話的視角提出一個另類建議。
