CUHK statement on student quarantine case
The Chinese University of Hong Kong (CUHK) learned today (24 January) that a Wu Yee Sun College student resident, who is the family member of a COVID-19 confirmed case, is considered a close contact case. The Centre for Health Protection has arranged for the student and the student’s roommate to stay at the quarantine centre.
The toilet, bathroom and common areas on the same floor have been closed for sanitisation and will reopen later tonight after the sanitisation is completed. The University and the College will closely liaise with the Centre for Health Protection to follow up on the case.
